Is shopping with you guys really safe?
Absolutely. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorised access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as storing items in your shopping cart between visits. Can I make returns at Multi Moveis?
Sure. If your purchase is faulty, please return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of the goods, in original condition.

I have yet to receive your e-mail confirming my order?

Can I change an order once I have sent it to you?
We’re here to serve you. Your order is processed once you place it, so please e-mail us at info@Multimoveis.co.nz immediately with details of your order and we’ll change it accordingly.

Shipping

Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your items into the shopping cart, delivery location is determined in the cart, the total cost is displayed and before you enter your credit card details.

We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand, however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. We do not deliver outside New Zealand, however overseas orders may still be placed with a New Zealand delivery address.

The anticipated delivery time will be within 3-5 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will be notified of the expected additional delay within the usual expected delivery time.

Deliveries are made by Courier. The delivery method used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered.
